Dear very much valued Mohawk Customer;It is with sadness that I must report to you that in this day of high speed DSL and Cable, Mohawk is no longer able to profitably maintain your account.
We are terminating all dialup and @mohawk.net email accounts as of Jan 1, 2012. If you have paid your bill for this quarter, you will receive a grace period of 30+ days to February 2, 2012 at no additional charge as a gift from us. If you have not paid your bill, and choose to move on without doing so, we will honor your patronage and give you until December 15, 2011 to find a new provider with no charge from us.
If you host your web site with Mohawk your websites will not be affected and you will see no change of service. This notice applies only to those customers utilizing our dial up internet service and our @mohawk.net email service.
We can't thank you enough for your years of loyalty which we have tried to service with equal loyalty. But the time has come for us to say goodbye and wish you well on the internet.
